Can't set sender in telnet. What's wrong?

I run the command line as an administrator in OC Windows, then I enter telnet smtp.yandex.ru 25, I connect, I enter HELO host, everything is fine. And then mail from: mail does not work. I try mail from:<mail> and it doesn't work again! I watched the video, on the sites, everything has such an input, but I don’t! X
