Can't push to android stdio?

Hello, friends! I am new to git and android, the question is this: I created a project and uploaded it to github in android studio and I can easily commit and push. Then I gave a link to my friend, he imported the project and committed his changes, but he will not be able to push , android studio shows

failed with error:unable to access 'url .git'the request URL returned error:403
