Can't open github.com and bitbucket.org in any browser, what could be the problem?

Other sites are open. I tried through the hidemyass proxy, opened bitbucket.org through it, but does not want to directly. Opera in turbo mode also does not open.
My last actions: demolished Kaspersky Total Security antivirus and installed Comodo Internet Security. Tried turning off the antivirus. Did not help.
UPD: right now I tried to open via phone (wi-fi), the same thing.
