Can't login to opencart admin panel?

After installing a clean opencart does not enter the admin panel.
Error:
Notice: Error: Could not load template /home/host1457425/site.ru/htdocs/www/admin/view/template/common/footer.tpl! in /home/host1457425/site.ru/htdocs/www/system/engine/loader.php on line 86
PS: there is a footer.tpl file.
PSS I tried to install twice, there were no errors when transferring files.

Show the config file from the admin/
folder Have you renamed the admin folder?
Set file permissions for the project.
755 for example.
