Please tell me, I already have one site in. Joomla but on another computer, I copied all the files and sent them to another computer, but right now I can’t open my site on a new computer, tell me what can I do to open the site on a new computer?

Have you copied all the files... And just the files? But what about the database?
And if you just copy the files and try to open them on another PC, you will not succeed. At a minimum, you need: a web server, a database server and a php engine. In general, all this can be provided to you by openserver.

You also need to transfer the database from the site + edit the configuration file. The easiest option for you to do all of the above is to ask your hoster for help, as a rule, the site transfer service is free for most hosting.
