Can't log into modx with another user?

I created a user, created rights for him, created a user group and added him there ...
The problem is the following ... when I give him unlimited rights .. I enter the admin panel without problems ... when I uncheck unlimited rights ... and I try to enter the admin panel, the page just reloads without any notifications, the authorization form is cleared and that's it ... What should I do? Why is it not included?
