The bootsrap modal window reappears for 1 second after closing. Where is the error in the template?

I installed the template on cms modx revo, the basis of the bootstrap ver template. 3.2.0.

on the button "order goods" (to the right of the photo of the flower) a modal window opens with a form for sending an application. After closing the window (by clicking on the cross or the esc key), the modal window reappears for 1 moment, and disappears back.
I tried to connect bootstrap and jquery of the same versions from third-party sources, the problem remains.
if you update jquery to version 1.7.1, the problem with the window disappears, but the product image zoom script stops working.
if you connect a newer bootstrap, then you need jquery already from 1.9, and the problem with zoom appears ....
Help out a newbie, since the morning I can not solve this problem
