Hello!
I can not install opencart, I do everything as it is said about unpacking from upload and renaming config.php, etc. I install on openserver when I run it comes out PHP5.4+ Required. When I installed WP after launch, a page with settings came out, entering the name of the database password, etc. everything was easy with him, and on YouTube and other sites, almost everyone is doing well, although I do everything the way they do.

Your Open Server version of PHP is lower than 5.4. Change PHP to version 5.4 or later.
