Can't install gulp-load-plugins?

I am trying to install gulp-load-plugins on the server but I am getting the error

npm -v 4.2.0
node -v 4.7.3
Server : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2630L v2 @ 2.40GHz
OS: Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS, Trusty Tahr

What is the problem? Tell me please

The problem was not in the module, but in the small amount of swap on the server. Increased to 1GB and everything was installed
