Can't initialize my project on TARS?

I created a repository on GitHub with my build of the TARS project, except for the styles, it is no different from the standard one .
I run the initialization of my assembly as follows:

tars init -s https://github.com/autor4n/default.git

But it gives the following error in the console:

Cannot find module 'C:\projects\dir\tars-config.js'

Although this file should be pulled from the repository.
What might be causing the error?
