Connection is established, but the list of directories does not receive. Kicks off with a timeout. Tried different ftp clients. CHADNT?

But now it doesn't connect either, it also has a timeout.

I connect only through Total Commander 7.11 Portable (Win 7 x64). Via FileZilla and the built-in JetBrains PhpStorm timeout.
