Can't figure out where to put the site?

Hello, I'm a little confused in technology and in understanding, I got the task of writing a simple site on several pages, such as a business card site without dynamics, i.e. everything is built on HTML and CSS. I need the website to be available on the internet. The real question is what to do with it next? install an apache server and upload a website to it? and the second question is how to tie CMS to the site, well, for example, JOOMLA. Thanks in advance!

Take vds and install apache there, better with a bunch of nginx, php, mysql and set it all up, I think you can manage it in two weeks. I understand that you can take shared hosting and upload a site there, but with this option you will never know what Apache is and what it is for
