Can't figure out crystal reports?

I need to make a report using crystal reports. I have a file with .sql extension. And I don’t know if this is enough for me or not =( and how can I connect the .sql file so that I can work with it? Help me figure it out

No, this is not enough. In crystal reports, you specify a database connection, and then use the fields of a table as data for the report. If there is some query in the sql file, then it is best to issue it as a stored procedure in the database (if such are supported) and use the fields returned by xn as data in the report.
