Can't download torrents. What is the problem?
I haven't been able to download torrents for months now. The download starts normally, but after a while the program bans the seeds one by one. In the log at the same time:
[2012-07-03 18:13:42] *** Yanni: PIECE 177 FAILED HASH CHECK
[2012-07-03 18:17:36] *** Yanni: PIECE 249 FAILED HASH CHECK
[ 2012-07-03 18:22:16] Banned 95.24.168.124:44948 until forever
…
...
And so gradually, until there are no seeds left. The speed drops to zero until you manually reset the bans. The problem manifests itself on different torrents and different computers in different cities. On different versions of programs (uTorrent and BitTorrent). The only thing in common between them is one WiMax provider (Freshtel Ukraine), (I can’t check on the other yet). But judging by the discussions on the forums, everything is fine with other subscribers of the provider with torrents.
On the alpha version of utorrent, this problem manifests itself much less, but there is another one - downloads constantly crash with an error:
[2012-07-03 18:09:44] Error: Video.DVDRip. - WriteToDisk: The I/O operation was aborted due to command stream termination or application request.
Googling did not work, the problem is clearly not massive. Where to dig?

Can you try with a different hard drive? (it is desirable that the system was also on the other). At least through live-cd try
Cattle WiMAX provided can "ban" torrents with such a cunning method, injecting trash packets to clients, so that they would be banned by other peers and no one in the torrent network would use
