Can't deploy to Heroku?

Hey! I'm trying to deploy the bot to Heroku, but the following problem pops up:

What did you do?
Demolished the whole bot and recreated
it Tried to transfer from github (same problem)
Reinstalled Heroku
Installed \ demolished \ installed python buildpacks

There are all files in the root:
Procfile (worker: python bot.py)
Runtime (Python == 3.7.6 (tried and without ==))
Requirements.txt (uploaded via list)

I've already gone through all the Russian and foreign forums, everywhere the same advice, which did not help in any way. helb :(

I haven't worked with Heroku but this error looks like a credentials issue.
