Can't connect to Vpn pptp server on cisco, gives error 619?

Good afternoon, help me with this problem, I'm trying to connect via Windows 8 to Cisco in the window, the process stops at "checking the username and password" and at the end gives an error 619. nothing helped, everything connects perfectly from other places, what could be the problem with Cisco, which seems to be configured normally, since the rest are connected, but the problem is only in 1 place?
