Can't connect to VPN on Windows 10 TP. What is the problem?

So. I have been trying to connect to a VPN for 6 days already , I tried it and re-read a huge number of articles on the Internet. But still - nothing works, not a single VPN provider, not a single protocol. I tried to connect using TunnelBear - it immediately disconnects, HideMe (Brand client + OpenVPN GUI ) - also does not connect, CyberGhost VPN - also does not connect, now I'm trying in vain to figure it out. What is the reason - is unknown. Windows 10 Technical Preview b. 10049, antivirus - Norton Security . I understand that logs are needed , but which ones?

Try playing around with the MTU size

I'll be a cap, but does the TP postscript mean anything to you?
Want stability - put another system.
If everything is just as bad on the other system, then look at the settings, of which there are a lot. The appeal "VPN does not work" does not mean anything at all. Install a sniffer, see how the packets go and whether they go at all, exclude the network component, the firewall.
