Can't connect to tp-link tdw8951nd router. How to fix?

At home there is a tp-link tdw8951nd router. And at the address 192.168.1.1 I can not connect. That is, even the login / password window does not pop up. After completely resetting the settings, it connects, but later stops coming. What is the problem ?

I just needed to update the firmware to the latest. If the router does not want to accept it, then you need to install from the oldest to the new one (all).
