Can't connect to subdomains. What is ERRP?

In connection with what can this message be caused on subdomains?

Yes, it says that the domain (second level) is allegedly expired, but the most important thing is that this domain (projecttm.ru) at the registrar has been extended until 08.19
. works https://check-host.net/check-ping?host=shop.projec... Attaches its free access screenshots.
The situation is the same with all other subdomains, it is impossible to connect to any address even with the www prefix. although there are all records of type A with correctly specified iP.
It is possible to connect only via VPN from any country, even from Russia.
It has already been seen with several users, one of which lives in another country, so I do not think that the Internet provider can be involved here.

UPD. at the moment 11/29/18 16:16 the problem with this subdomain has disappeared, although nothing has been applied to it by anyone,
now it remains to wait until the same happens with the rest of the subdomains, but the issue is still relevant.
UPD2. all over the new 17:41, checked the route when the input was normal and then

UPD3. The problem resolved itself as DNS hosting said it was the ISP that took so long to update my DNS.
The workaround for accessing subdomains was to set the preferred DNS server addresses to 8.8.8.8 in IPv4 in my Internet network properties, through the Network and Sharing Center. After the update, the provider can be set to auto-detect.

Wait for your ISP's DNS servers to update.

Well, it’s obvious that you blew the domain and then extended it and something got into the browser cache or dns
