Can't connect to postgresql on DigotalOcean?

I do everything strictly according to the tutorials on DigitalOcean. One by one, created a droplet, configured permissions, installed ruby, rails, nodejs. All right. It came to installing and configuring PG for production. And here is the problem. She settled in fine. When run, it gives:

psql: could not connect to server: No such file or directory
Is the server running locally and accepting
connections on Unix domain socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?

I have already rummaged through everything on overflow and google. Nothing helps.

show your config/database.yml
