Can't connect to MSSQL from ubuntu?

Good day! I'm trying to get monitoring MSSQL zabbix. But he does not want to communicate with the DBMS. Skul is available from the network for 1C and SSMS from any machine, but neither the sqlcmd utility nor telnet want to cling to it.
TCP Provider: Error code 0x2AFA
As far as I understand, this is a type of connection timeout due to host unavailability. What could be the problem? This is only seen from nix hosts
