Can't connect to database via mysql in Laradock?

On a local Ubuntu PC, you need to deploy a project using Laradock
I installed everything, but since I already have a LEMP stack locally, I had to change the ports for Nginx MySQL and Redis
. There are no problems when connecting to the database from the machine. But if I set mysql as DB_HOST, then no connection occurs. What could be the problem or can I somehow pass the mysql ip address instead
