Can't connect Css file (localhost)?

Hi all.
I started making a website using Node.js, Mongodb, and ran into a problem connecting files. Neither css nor js files are connected
, I can’t specify the correct path in any way.
The cdn file connects normally, but it doesn’t want to from the folder in any way
in the screenshot, the folder structure, an error from the console

The problem is in the paths, your index.ejs is clearly not at the root, compile everything into the build folder and you will be happy
