Can't compile project, only Attach?

I do basic exercises based on the book they gave me. I downloaded the exercise folder and dropped it on my desktop on my computer. And accordingly opened one of the files with Visual Studio .

Unfortunately, it is not possible to compile the project as there is only one button " Attach ...".

You need to create a solution (Solution) and add a project in c ++ there. Now compile it.
