MFC: Display message from Edit in excel?

Hello. In the lab, you need to create an MFC project. Throw one edit and a button. Through odbc connect excel as a database. Edit output in excel as a result.
It turned out to connect and create, but I don’t know how to display it in excel. The tutorial was written for C++ v 6.0
It suggests using the m_pSet function. But I can't find it in Visual Studio 2017.
