Can't change "httpd.conf". Reset after server restart. What to do?

Made changes to Options and ErrorDocument, but after restart everything is reset. What did I do wrong and how can I edit this file? I am using Apache_2.4-PHP_7.2-7.3-x64

I'll play telepath and try to assume that you are using Open Server (OSpanel), at least the name of the config looks like it. If so, then the config must be edited in the userdata / config folder, according to the name of the selected configuration (Apache_2.4-PHP_7.2-7.3-x64).
Either after OS appetizer pkm on tray icon, Advanced - Configuration - Apache_2.4-PHP_7.2-7.3-x64
