Is it normal to have 40 apache processes in htop on digitalolution with attendance of 2-10 people per day?

All www-data processes. Where the heck are they coming from. Guzzle 60MB of RAM. PCP is not used muscle no. Just html. But php is installed

In httpd.conf, you need to decrease the value of the MaxClients parameter.
