Can't boot into OS X recovery utility cmd+r?
The download slider just goes half way and freezes. Then a spinning mouse cursor appears. And that's it. If I restart the monitor, it's just a gray screen. The poppy itself starts up, the recovery utility does not start, you need to restore the poppy to factory settings. Connected only the mouse + keyboard, nothing helps. Mac mini 2014.

This happens, maybe the recovery package is damaged or you deleted something. Try holding command + I, this is the same recovery mode only via the Internet, you should be able to enter and after that you can enter the disk utility, or if your poppy is in the database on the apple server, it will be restored via the Internet (string, wafer mast bi it)
