Can't bind multiple Button to code via tag in Xcode?

I create several Buttons, give each a different name and tag number from 1 to 7. After that, I select all the Buttons, hold Control and drag them to the listing. Binds only the first Button. I'm trying to pull one at a time, he also doesn't want to. What is the problem? Tried in both Xcode10 and Xcode11, doesn't work.
