Can't add module to PyCharm?

Good afternoon!
I'm trying to add the 'database' module to PyCharm and it says "No module named 'database'".
Ok, through the settings I find this module and try to add it, another error appears:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement database (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for database

Vicious circle...
