Can't add a file to Figma?

Hello!

In general, I decided to download the layout. It ended up with the .psd extension, but I needed it with the .fig extension (because I wanted to open it in Figma). I went to the site for converting files - https://convertio.co/ru/ . Converted... Now I have a file with .fig extension, but still Figma doesn't want to open this file.

What should I do and why did this problem occur?

How do you open this file?
You need to select the project in the left menu and click New / Import in the upper right

Most likely a crooked converter and it is unlikely that you will be able to open the converted file in Figma.
When I was looking for a solution myself, I can adequately convert only through Avocode. But of course it's not free.
