Can't access opencart 3 admin due to loss of storage folder, what to do?

When transferring the site to another host, due to the fact that the requirements of OC3 indicate that the storage folder should be outside the site folder, they lost this folder (deleted after cleaning the host and did not make a backup). Now, we can’t access the site after the transfer, because. there are logs and cache. The admin cannot find the folder and won't let me. Who faced how to cure the problem?

Lol, I sat for 2 hours and did not find an answer, I wrote here and came to the answer myself) If anyone needs to know how to solve it, just add an empty file to the address that opencart asks for, it finds it and works it out, writing fresh data there.
