Can Squid be configured to work with a dynamic whitelist?

Is it possible to configure Squid to work with a white list, but not static, but dynamic, like this?

Or maybe there is some other proxy that can do this?
A slight delay in page loading due to additional requests is not particularly important in this case.

There are external authenticators that respond to a request - whether to allow this user the requested URL. I suppose you will have to write it yourself, or maybe there is already a ready one.
