Can search engines ban because of the same CSS?

Hello! The site started to lose traffic. I completely changed both the design and the system part of the site, i.e. made a new site, but the same subject. A month or more has passed since the transfer. Somewhere in 2 weeks after the transfer, traffic from search engines began to fall. I think that they banned the site and reduce it in the list of issue.
Question: Can I get banned if the class names (CSS) are similar to the classes of another site?
I don't know much about SEO myself, so this might sound like a dumb question.

Can not. The technical elements of the site, or specifically, as in your case, "similar class names" are not grounds for pessimizing the site in the search.
Dig in the direction of changing the structure, perhaps the URL has changed on the site but you have not set up redirects.

Did you lose the links? I think this is probably the reason.
But in general, for good, you need to look at what is there in Yandex.WebMaster, for example, in order to determine the cause of the traffic drop.
