Can schema.org markup be moved to a separate node and hidden?

What does this mean for SEO?
It's just that on the pages of the site, there are organizations, and information about them is scattered across the page, and there are different occurrences of micromarkup root nodes, which makes it necessary to duplicate the itemtype. There is an idea to take out data that can be wrapped with micro-markup in a separate div, and hide it so that it does not interfere with the design.
The question is - what threatens when extradited?

You can change to json-ld . Google has officially supported this format and pages with it are being validated. You can put a similar block anywhere on the page and users will not see it (example for Person):

{
  "@context": "http://schema.org/",
  "@type": "Person",
  "name": "Jane Doe",
  "jobTitle": "Professor",
  "telephone": "(425) 123-4567",
  "url": "http://www.janedoe.com"
}
