Hello guys! Such a question - is it possible to use Photoshop, Illustrator for commercial purposes? downloaded from a torrent site.
If not. Is it possible to change psd and ai files?
The client requires exactly the psd and ai format.
According to my information, all information about the program is recorded in this format.

Until the first check by the competent authorities, then the need immediately disappears. :-)
If you need it often, it's easier and cheaper to subscribe to Creative Cloud.
GIMP can't handle this PSD? AI, too, some kind of open-source program was able to.

Legally you can't. But it can not be used at home for personal needs.
