Can pages from one site go to another site due to rel=canonical?
Hello, tell me please, we encountered such a problem for the first time, there is a site allvrods.com, it has a lot of incomprehensible links from the site comfer.ru. The fact is that no one added anything to the site allvrods.com and there have never been such pages that are now in the index of search engines, and accordingly, following such a link, for example - https://allvrods.com/howto/ on the site allvrods .com error - 404 there is no such page, but there is such a page on the comfer.ru website.
For example, here in Google:
Also, if you open the "Saved copy"
Then such a page appears, this is a page NOT of the site allvrods.com.
Further, in the Google Search Console, we found such a moment, for example, here is the link https://allvrods.com/delivery/
there is no such page on allvrods.com. But it's in the Google index. And in the "Check URL" tool, if you click on "Explore the scanned page", we immediately see that the content is NOT of the site allvrods.com, and we see that the link https://allvrods.com/delivery/ is registered in rel='canonical'
and even lower the allvrods.com domain is registered in the script
And another server response, here in domain=comfer.ru; And it is clear that the server was not responding to the one on which the site allvrods.com.
Actually, the question is whether on the site comfer.ru on their pages they can register the domain allvrods.com in the canonical, and these pages will be indexed as if they were from the site allvrods.com. I just don't know if it's some kind of scam.
Thank you in advance for your response.
