Can OS X be used as a terminal server?

Hello, I have a fresh PC with OS X 10.13 on board and an old 2010 MacBook PRO that is already choking even on office tasks.
Is it possible to somehow connect a MacBook to OS X on a PC in order to use its resources as a terminal server, but at the same time it would be possible to work on the PC at the same time as usual?

I don’t remember exactly how it was in strict macos, but in modern it’s something like
Settings - Sharing - Screen Sharing

Well, then you connect using VNC, even from Windows, even from Linux, from anywhere

Do I need to connect to a Mac - or to a third-party PS? if poppy - then vnc, if ps - then rdp
