Can one single legal entity have multiple websites?

Good day.
The situation is this:
I am developing several areas of my business and each direction needs its own promotion, because, for example, among those who buy decor, tools are needed.

Yes, even a million, why should there be such restrictions?

At least in Russia there are no restrictions on the number of domains a legal entity has and their content.

Your strategy has the right to life, indeed in Russia there are no restrictions on the amount of resources for one legal entity. But you need to remember the fact that you can not make sites of the same subject with the same data about the company, as this can lead to resource affiliations, for attempts to monopolize the issuance. But in your case, I don't see any problem.

One legal entity can conduct different activities and own several brands. Accordingly, the number of sites is not limited.
If you have a strong main brand with a loyal audience, it is wise to use subdomains and demonstrate to potential customers the connection with the main brand. If you want to develop directions as completely independent, then it makes sense to register your own domain for each direction.
I will also add that it is not uncommon practice to buy related domains (with spelling errors or on similar topics) and install a redirect from these domains to the main site.
