Can nagiosgraph build multiple graphs for one service?

For example, there is a standard check of system partitions, which checks not just one partition, but all at once and has the output Status Information and Performance Data

DISK OK - free space: / 9189 MB (96% inode=98%); /boot 150 MB (82% inode=99%); /data 81574 MB (95% inode=99%); /home 18962 MB (99% inode=99%); /opt 38093 MB (99% inode=99%); /usr 36573 MB (95% inode=98%); /var 38001 MB (99% inode=99%);| /=377MB;9071;9575;0;10079 /boot=33MB;173;183;0;193 /data=3733MB;80886;85380;0;89874 /home=171MB;18142;19150;0;20158 /opt=175MB;36285;38301;0;40317 /usr=1696MB;36285;38301;0;40317 /var=267MB;36285;38301;0;40317

Nagiosgraph handles this and builds a completely uninformative single graph for all sections at once:

Is it possible to somehow configure nagiosgraph so that it builds a separate graph for each element in Performance Data?
UPD: I found out that by adding a postscript like &db=data_name to the address bar, for example
http://localhost/nagiosgraph/cgi-bin/show.cgi?host=elemental&service=Disk_space&db=%2Fhome

then the chart will be displayed only for a specific data_name, in this case /home. Now how to force to make several such single graphs at once...
