Can my employer leave me?

I am 14. I found a suitable vacancy for a junior game developer. I passed an interview and they took me. But I had questions, but where is the guarantee that I will not be thrown away for a salary.

Since I’m 14, I haven’t had time to get a passport yet, so I won’t be able to get an official job . The first month is an internship and they promised me 4 thousand UAH. The campaign is quite small, but they have a subsidiary campaign for education in the IT field. Like me make sure that they don’t throw me and pay the promised salary?

Approximately in the same place as the guarantee of the result of the quality of your work.
Since you cannot work under a contract, everything is built on trust.

14 years old, and the ambition for everything is 34. If I were you, I would wonder how I can not disappoint the employer who agreed to give the child a chance at all, because you will benefit even if you are not paid anything, but the employer will spend on in order to teach you, but what is there to teach - he will have to socialize you first if you do not understand how ridiculous your request is.

Without a formal contract, you have nothing to hope for. But, if an internship, then why not work for free? You can learn a lot. And if they pay, even better. If it's not a secret, what kind of campaign?

Make a passport and conclude an employment contract, and even then it will not be any guarantee.
If you came to an office that is for everyone, then why did you sew it into it? Choose another company where you feel comfortable today

14 years old and you're already earning, doesn't that seem silly to you?

Didn't find what you were looking for?
