Hello! Tell me please.
There is an LM3S2965 microcontroller that supports JTAG. And 3 FPGA programmers: terasic blaster, microsemi flashpro 4 and xilinx usb cable II. They all support JTAG, but can they somehow be used to flash other products with JTAG? In particular, is it possible to flash the above microcontroller? If so, how, share your experience, info, links. Thanks

Look towards OpenOCD and support for the specified pieces of iron
