There is a need to flash Silabs C8051Fxxx microcontrollers without using a regular programmer + computer. A mini-programmer for C8051F015 was made and tested on a microcontroller, while AN105 from the manufacturer helped a lot.
Unfortunately, it (upnote AN105) can not be applied to all MCUs. The application of this work algorithm did not work with the C8051F120 (taking into account the fact that the address has a different bit length and the FLASH control register is different). With a logic analyzer, they spied on the work of a regular programmer on the JTAG side, it turned out that registers not documented in datasheets are actively used.
In general, where can I find a FULL description of the JTAG registers for the F120?
