Can I use unlimited messenger on a computer?
Let's say: I have an unlimited telegram in the tariff. Can I somehow use this unlimited through a computer? Those. I distribute from the phone, on the laptop I open the cart. In the usual sense, the Internet will be consumed, but is it possible to get around this? (condition: inside the cart)
If yes, then the question of the second level: is it possible to pass traffic through the cart to surf to other sites without wasting traffic.

I have not seen ready-made implementations, but definitely, it can be implemented based on the same video or voice call, although this is quite difficult to implement, but there will be the highest responsiveness.
If you just need to implement it, then do it through a chat bot and a special client that emulates a proxy.
ps the built-in web client in the mobile version can open pages (not sure, maybe only some) using a telegram proxy, i.e. theoretically, it can be somehow used through an interlayer, it is necessary to analyze the sources of the mobile version (by the way, they say it is problematic to assemble it yourself, binary libs offer to stick in, i.e. perhaps this is not quite all the sources)
