Can I use the word "Youtube" in the domain name?

I want to use the youtube brand name in the domain, will a fine for using a trademark arrive for this?
For example: upload-to-YouTube.ru

A fine is unlikely, rather, they will simply take away the domain and close it.

You cannot use someone else's trademark in the context of a domain only if there is commercial activity on the site where the domain leads, whether it is advertising monetization or direct sale.
Otherwise, no problem.

Can. If for chernukha, then they will quickly close the shop.

At least there is a service nsfwyoutube.com that allows you to bypass the age restrictions on YouTube, it contains the word youtube in the name, but it was not covered. Although it is not affiliated with Google in any way.

If suddenly the service takes off - the pipe will simply come and take the domain. If there are three cripples, they will score.

1. If the use is implied for the same classes of the Nice Classification for which the TK is registered, there are few chances to defend the rights to the domain in court. Large companies like Google often select domains that use their trademarks.
2. Some areas also have out-of-court procedures for resolving such disputes, for example https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniform_Domain-Name_...
