Can I use the NETHOUSE domain with Reg ru hosting?

Actually, customers have a domain on the nethouse, nothing prevents us from simply transferring the domain to reg.ru, but the nethouse has such fierce troubles with this, from signing an application to notarization and other nonsense.
I remember in my practice for a long time I managed to use a domain from another registrar on hosting rg ru by changing DNS records, but I just don’t remember what I did then.
Please help, is it possible to do this and how?

Alas, most likely not, transfer the domain to an independent registrar and then do whatever you want.
