Can I use the Microsoft Bot Framework without registering a bot with botframework.com?

Good day!
There is such a seemingly wonderful framework that allows you to connect different channels to your script written on this framework.
But damn they made the connection through their interface which is on their servers.
But I want to work independently and independently of the small software. Is it possible? Who knows?

Hello Valentin,
There are multiple parts to the Bot Framework. The BotBuilder SDK, that helps you build bots, and can be used with several channels (albeit not currently Telegram) without going through the Bot Framework servers.
For connectivity to the broadest # of channels though, you do need to register. Providing connectivity to those channels is what that service does.
