Can I use product photos in Themforest template?

I want to try uploading my PSD template to Envato Themforest. But during development, I had a question: can I use a photo of a product (in this case, a smart watch) from other sites (for example, from the manufacturer's website - Apple)? And if not, where can I get legal photos?
PS Previously, I found similar templates on the site with the same pictures as on the Apple website.
