Can I use multiple backup programs for the same tape library?

It is necessary to protect
- up to 3TB of file storage
- up to 3TB MS SQL databases
- up to 2TB Cluster of virtual machines
- up to 6TB Cyrus mail server
Each task has its own specialized backup software. And there are solutions for everything at once, such as Tivoli Storage Manager, Symantec Backup Exec, WD Arkeia Network Backup.
Actually, under the condition of using a tape library, am I limited in the choice of software products only to those that can do everything I need?
Can two programs be used? For example, each has its own drive and a set of tapes?
