Can I use capsman if the main router is not Mikrotik?

Good day.
Faced the need to raise seamless WiFi in a two-story building.
There are several MIKROTIK hAP mini (RB931-2nD) routers available.
I understand that if I implement such a network using CAPsMAN, then I can go from point to point without breaking the network.
But in this building, the main router is a simple tenda, and so far there is no technical possibility to change it.
Is it possible to scatter the aforementioned routers around the building, connect twisted pair and 220 to each, and implement seamless WiFi within an existing network?

There is no SEAMLESS roaming on Mikrotiks.
